Q. What is DTG Printing?
A. Direct-to-garment printing (DTG) is a process of printing on substrates/textiles using specialized water based ink technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the substrate/textile by the print head.
Q. What type of shirt do you use?
A. Our brand of choice is Bella+Canvas, however due to the pandemic resourses are low or unavailable at times. Should we not have Bella +Canvas in stock we will use a like brand and material (i.e. Next Level, Hanes Softstyle or Gildan Softstyle.
Q. How long before my order is shipped?
A. We try and ship most orders within 5 business days from receipt of order. Orders received after 5pm CST will be considered day 1 on the following business day.
Q. How long does it take to get to me?
A. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3-7 days). There are expedite options available at checkout. International shipments should allow up to 2 weeks for delivery due to customs. Yellow Footprint Designs is not liable for lost or stolen packages once carrier has taken possession.
Q. Do the sizes run big/small?
A. We carry many different styles and not all garments will fit the same. We provide a size chart on each item. We are not responsible for an incorrect size request. Please feel free to reach out ahead of ordering should you not find a sizing chart and/or have a concern.
Q. Do you do custom items?
A. Yes. We would love to work on your custom design. We can work with your print ready artwork. We can also help bring your idea to life, just ask, we'd love to work with you. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE. Custom orders may to longer to complete/ship based on complexity.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. All Sales are Final. We do not offer refunds as all items are print to order and not pulled from stock sitting on shelves. A sizing chart is provided for most items to ensure you can make an appropriate sizing decision. We want to work with you and offer a solution, so feel free to reach out. Depending on items and size we may be able to do an exchange and/or offer a reprint at a discounted price. Requests for exchanges should be made within 3 days of delivery. Should you need to exchange an items, please contract us at: orders@yellowfootprintdesigns.com Customer is responsible for shipping unworn, unwashed and unaltered item back to Yellow Footprint Designs within 10 days of exchange authorization as well as for shipping costs on the new items (will be invoiced separately).
Q. I received my order but it is incorrect from what I ordered. What do I do?
